New Paragrapustomer owned tooling is kept in a controlled inventory for maintenance and modification requests. Worswick has an incoming inspection program to ensure that purchased materials are of the specified quality. Certifications and MSDS are cataloged in order to comply with quality assurance and customer requirements. First articles, incoming and preshipping inspections are performed in order to assure compliance to customer specifications.
hPrior to building production tooling, Worswick helps to protect the customer from costly tool changes later in the program, by prototyping injection molded components. The prototypes are typically constructed of like materials and are available for close inspection and form-fit-functionality requirements
